Before the Conference
Make sure you are registered and have your ticket(s). Tickets were sent to the email address provided by the purchaser on HIM’s online ticketing site. Print and bring your ticket to conference check-in.
What if I can't find my ticket?
Contact HIM by 3/13/17 to have the email link resent. Email firstname.lastname@example.org or phone (808) 988-9777. At the conference go to the “Customer Service” table on the 1st Floor Lobby on Thursday or to Conference Headquarters (3rd Floor) for assistance.
What if I need to buy tickets?
Buy tickets anytime at himonline.org/register—even after the conference begins!
Can my friends and I register at the conference?
Absolutely. Walk-ins are welcome at Conference Headquarters (3rd floor).
Who is speaking and when?
Find the full schedule, speaker and seminar information on the HIM website at him2017.org.
Will the HIM office be open during the conference?
No. The office will close Wed, 3/15/17. Find us at the conference at Conference Headquarters, 3rd floor.

At the Conference
Begin by checking in…
Check in begins Thursday, 3/16/17 at 5 pm and continues throughout the conference. Please wear your name tag at all times—your admission to sessions. Worship Concert wristbands are required for admission to the concert. If you have tickets for the entire conference and the concert, please present them together at check-in.
Check in where?
- THURS Preconference Sessions: 3rd Floor, 8:00 AM
- THURSDAY 5:00 – 6:30 PM: Ground Floor Lobby
- ALL OTHER TIMES: Conference Headquarters, 3rd Floor
Youth and Youth Leaders
At check-in you will get a wristband and a name tag. You will need to wear both all 3 days for admission to the youth sessions and worship concert.
Take-A-Peek Ticket Holders
Check in at least at 30 min before the first session you are attending. TAP holders using their tickets on opening night, Thursday, March 16, check-in on the first floor in the main lobby. All other times, check-in at Conference Headquarters, 3rd Floor.
Worship Concert Only Ticket Holders
Please check in by 8 pm Friday at Conference Headquarters, 3rd Floor. If checking in on opening night, Thursday, March 16, worship concert tickets may be turned in for a wristband on the first floor in the main lobby.
Parking is available at the Convention Center. Enter on Kalakaua Ave.
The garage can accommodate 690 vehicles and has ADA accessible parking in Row A. Maximum vehicle height is 8’11”. The parking lot opens one hour before and closes one hour after an event. Overnight parking is not allowed. Fee: $10 per entry (cash or credit card). No charge if exiting within 30 min of entering. For more information call (808) 943-3500 or the parking hotline at (808) 943-3081. Traffic and advisory information can be found on radio station 1610 AM.
- Convention center parking fills up quickly, so come early!
- Pay at the kiosks on the 2nd floor before exiting the convention center.
- Be aware: exiting parking at the end of each evening takes extra time
In the unforeseen event that you cannot use a ticket at the last minute:
- Give your ticket to a friend.
- Sell your ticket to someone else.
- Bless someone in need by leaving your ticket at Conference Headquarters. Many have done this in the past, and the amazed faces and gratitude of unsuspecting recipients is priceless.
- For full-time tickets only: you may transfer your 2017 ticket to 2018. Please email email@example.com by 3/16/17 to request this accommodation.
