Each attendee must present either a valid printed or digital ticket at check-in.
What if I can't find my ticket?
Check for your in-box or junk/spam folder for an email from "Simpletix" and not HIM. Simpletix is our online registration service and they email tickets directly to you.
Contact HIM via email (firstname.lastname@example.org ) or phone (808-988-9777) before noon, Fri, Jan 11.
At the conference, come to the REGISTRATION table.
Can I buy more tickets? Buy tickets anytime at this link, even after the conference begins!
Can my friends and I register at the conference? Absolutely. Walk-ins are welcome.
If I can’t attend the whole conference, can a friend come in my place? Registrations are for one person only and cannot be shared. However, an unused registration may be transferred to another!
If at the last minute you are unable to attend due to an unforeseen event:
Gift your ticket to a friend or sell your ticket to someone else. Sorry, no refunds.
Bless someone in need by leaving your ticket at the Registration table. Many have done this in the past, and the amazed faces and gratitude of unsuspecting recipients is priceless!
8:30 am, Saturday, Jan 12 – Full Training registrants
12:30 pm, Saturday, Jan 12 – Critical Incident Training-only registrants
Location • Kalihi Union Church. Sessions will be held in the church’s gymnasium.
Parking • Parking will be limited because of a memorial service at Kalihi Union Church. We strongly encourage you to carpool if possible. Additional parking available on the street or at First Hawaiian Bank.
Name tags • Please wear your name tag at all times. This is required for admission to sessions.
Please bring a pen/pencil. Participants will need this for completing the fill-in-the-blanks training manual.
LUNCH: Saturday lunch is included with all Full Training registrations but not with Critical Incident Training registrations.
Optional lunchtime session: Just Show Up Scripture Listening led by HIM co-founder Pam Chun. “Just show up” - No preparation is needed.
