HIM Photography Policy

Hawaiian Islands Ministries (“HIM”) uses photography and video recordings at events to capture, express and document who we are and what we do as the gathered, vibrant, grace-filled Body of Christ. We use photos and videos to enhance the quality of digital and print materials, the HIM website, and other media. When you enter a HIM event premises, you are consenting to interview(s) (unless you decline when asked), photography, audio and video recording, their use and release by HIM. By your attendance, you are releasing HIM, its officers, employees and agents from any liability connected with the production and use of these recorded media, and you waive all rights to any claims to inspect, approve media or receive payment or royalties in connection with their use. HIM will never post images with identifying information such as name, email address, address, or other personal information. HIM does not contact individuals to notify them when their images are used by HIM. You have been fully informed of your consent, waiver of liability, and release before registering and entering a HIM event.
