But trauma is not the end of our story, only the beginning. In this session, we will explore spiritual, mental, and physical ways of turning trauma into recovery, healing, and growth.

Old age awaits us all, and if we live long enough, we or someone we love will experience dementia. Here, we will explore keys to successful aging, how to reduce our risk for Alzheimer’s and other dementias, and how to help people we love who deal with this illness.
