In this session for pastors, church leaders and ministry staff, Don will help us understand faith and leadership in the face of challenges and amid success. We all have personal and professional crises, we all have moments of triumph, and we are changed by both. We will talk about the path, the journey, the obstacles — and practices, perspectives and God's presence as we not just navigate life but live it.

It has been said that mercy is the capacity to enter the chaos of another, facilitating healing, wellness and wholeness in the process. In this mini-retreat we will explore what it means to believe in a God whose mercy is fresh every morning, a surprise with each new dawn, and our call as artists of the Good News to practice mercy in all our encounters, on a daily basis.
