Some people have depression or anxiety on a level that could be helped by a mental health professional but they don't know it. They can't identify that they are experiencing a mental health issue. They chalk it up to just being tired, stressed or this is how life is so suck it up.

Many people don't know how to gauge the mental health of those around them. They don't know how to detect it, what questions they can ask to clarify the seriousness. What’s normal, what’s questionable, and when should one seek professional help?

Other people assume that ”only crazy people” who obviously have mental issues are sick and in need of treatment.

This webinar helps all of us learn more about mental health.

Dr. Dan will dispel myths, offer tools for a mental health check-up and help us “think like a shrink.”
